Accessing Your Course Certificate

• Certificate Availability: Certificates are typically available within 48-72 business hours after course completion. At the latest, they will be available within 7 calendar days.

• Need Help? If it’s been 8+ calendar days and your certificate is still unavailable in your portal, please contact us.

How to Access Your Certificate

1. Use the same email address you used to sign up for the course.

2. First time logging in? Click "First Time User?" above the green "Login" button to create your account.

Important Notes

• Certificates and course reporting are processed separately. Your certificate may be available before your course completion has been reported to your licensing board.

• We report course completions to licensing boards within 48–72 business hours after course completion.

• After we report your completion, your licensing board may take up to 7 business days to update your license record.
