NORTH CAROLINA REAL ESTATE BROKER PRE LICENSING EDUCATION
In order to obtain a license to practice real estate in North Carolina, you must complete the 75 Hour Broker Pre Licensing Course
LICENSE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Be at least 18 years age

Be a United States citizen, a non-citizen national or a qualified alien under federal law, or have a lawful presence in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S. in the real estate brokerage field

Have a Social Security Number

Pass the real estate license examination

Complete a Background Check
FINAL EXAMINATIONS & COURSE COMPLETION STANDARDS
Each course will have a virtually proctored closed-book final exam. Students must score a 75 or better on the final examination to receive credit for the course. Students are required to complete all course activities and assignments. After passing the course, you will then have to pass the State & National Exam at PSI Testing Centers in order to obtain a License.
