Pre Licensing Education Program
in order to obtain a license to practice real estate in North Carolina, you must complete the 75 Hour Broker Pre Licensing Course
License Qualification Requirements
Be at least 18 years age
Be a United States citizen, a non-citizen national or a qualified alien under federal law, or have a lawful presence in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S. in the real estate brokerage field
Have a Social Security Number
Pass the real estate license examination
Complete a Background Check
COVID-19 Exam Waiver
all final exams for Pre and Post Licensing classes have been temporarily waived by the NC Real Estate Commission due to COVID-19, but you still have to pass the State & National Exam at PSI Testing Centers before obtaining a License
