I’m currently looking at several automated trading platforms, and I’m finding it surprisingly difficult to compare them. Every provider seems to highlight different features, so one platform talks about advanced strategies while another focuses on simplicity or backtesting. I’d like to create a basic checklist before spending any money or connecting an account. Obviously, fees are important, but I’m also thinking about supported markets, security, strategy customization, testing options and how much control the user has. I’m trying not to judge platforms only by historical performance claims because I know those numbers can depend heavily on the conditions under which they were calculated. What would you check first?
